The Trials and Tribulations of Usability Testing

Abstract
This presentation includes details of an extended usability study at Grand
Valley State University. Attendees are introduced to checklists, usability inspections
and user testing as techniques to measure and improve a university web site.
We share our experiences with designing, implementing, interpreting and reporting
